On the bone for maximum flavour, they have great intramuscular fat (marbling) which keeps them super succulent and bursting with flavour. A fantastic cut, that won’t disappoint! Cooked ‘low and slow’ these quality ribs promise to be meltingly tender, the meat will simply fall away from the bone.
