Taken from the rib primal, where the muscles are underused with more fat, the Ribeye steak guarantees tender and well marbled meat. The Ribeye steak is further enhanced by the nugget of natural fat at the core, called the ‘eye’, which melts and caramelises during cooking, providing exceptional flavour and succulence.
