Rare Breed Pork – Osso Bucco – 1kg

I am slightly disappointed as the meat delivered to me looked different than the photo on the website. Too fatty, the pieces are different sizes and thickness and the pork rind was still attached, which makes no sense if used in a traditional osso bucco recipe or any stew. The pieces of pork fell apart and looked like a mess at the end. Not good enough for premium meat as advertised.
