The unit has insulated sides, top, and doors to help prevent the transfer of heat from the cabinet interior. It is equipped with four drawers with full extension, heavy-duty drawer slides. The refrigerated stand features an exterior mounted thermometer for easy monitoring the cabinet temperatures and can hold ingredients between 33°F and 41°F. The forced-air refrigeration system ensures ideal temperature performance. It features a storage capacity of 11.1 cu. ft.Kratos gas griddles are ideal cooking solutions available at a highly competitive price point exclusively at Central.
