Description Our tallow is made from 100% grass-fed grass-finished suet fat. Suet fat is sourced from the kidney region and provides the purest form of beef fat. In our commercial kitchen we gently heat the fat to a liquid stage not exceeding 85C (min temp 75C) and dispense. Our gentle process ensures that our tallow retains all the goodness that exists in grass-finished tallow.
