1.6 L Rectangular Feta Storage or Cheese Conditioning Box

This Cheese Conditioning Box has internal measurements of 19.5cm long x 12.5cm wide at the top tapering a little to the base, with a hight of 9cm.  It has a 1.6 litre capacity.  It has an internal drainage mat measuring 18cm long x 11cm wide that sits 1.2cm high, giving the box a functional height of 7.8cm when the mat is in use.  It has a small rocker vent in the lid that can be left open or closed for limited ventilation.  It is BPA free and dishwasher, fridge, microwave and freezer safe.  It will hold 2 camembert’s or 1 small block of feta cheese.
