Description Blue Cheesecloth, Size 68 cm x 68 cm. A food grade polyethylene perforated film designed specifically for the cheese making process. It does not hold moisture and most importantly, and amazingly, does not stick to cheese or curds so no more sticky disasters when un-moulding hard cheeses. Excellent for draining curds for all styles of cheese. Sterilise before use (Do not boil). After use rinse in warm water then either hand wash or machine at 60 degrees celcius or place in dishwasher and then hang out to dry. It can be reused over and over and over without losing its shape. (I have not worn mine out yet). It represents excellent value for money. This large sheet fits my largest mould and can be cut to any size to suit. One layer in a mould is sufficient.
