This is a compact 6.5cm diameter white dial instrument with a dark blue humidity scale and red pointer, made by Brannan in the UK. The back is made from high impact styrene and the front clear crystal styrene. It has double sided ‘peel and stick’ adhesive pads on the back for easy fixture to the inside of your fridge, cheese cave or cheese conditioning box side or under-lid. It weighs only 12g so will not fall off under its own weight. Its range is 0 to 100% relative humidity and has an accuracy of /- 4% RH which is sufficient for the home cheese maker.
