Description Try our Roasted Garlic Infused Beef Tallow. We all know how good tallow is – well now it comes in a Roasted Garlic infused flavour. Perfect for cooking potatoes or beef roasts. We take oven roasted garlic, which is gently rendered to infuse the delicious aroma of garlic with the incredible nutrient benefits of tallow. Our tallow is made from 100% grass-fed grass-finished suet fat. Suet fat is sourced from the kidney region and provides the purest form of beef fat. In our commercial kitchen we gently heat the fat to a liquid stage not exceeding 85C (min temp 75C) and dispensed. Our gentle process ensures that our tallow retains all the goodness that exists in grass-finished tallow.
