Description Yoghurt Culture – Thick set: Thermophilic lactic acid culture. Contains the documented probiotic strains BB-12 ® and LA-5®. 10u tube can be used with approximately 100 litres of milk, the 40u pottle can be used with approximately 400 litres of milk, while the 200u sachet can be used for around 2,000 litres of milk. The culture will produce yogurt or fermented milk with high body, very mild flavour and very low post-acidification.
