On the nose subtle and delicate with typical Palomino aromas of nuts, in this case hazelnuts and slight reminders of yeast due to its time under the flor. The palate is complex and powerful with notes of dried fruits, vanilla and fine wood from the 12 years spent in oak casks achieving a refined character.
