Petale De Rose Magnum 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Rouge, Semillon, Syrah, Ugni Blanc Dry Rosé 1.5L Varieties: 46% Cinsault, 32% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, 2% Ugni-Blanc, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Rolle and 1% Sémillon. The harvest is done by hand, the grapes are selected and placed in the press without being crushed. A light pressure is applied to achieve maximum finesse and aroma. After a racking, fermentation takes place at low temperature. Bottling occurs shortly after the harvest and after multiple rackings. It is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling. This delicate wine should be consumed around 12° C. It is a very pleasant aperitif, pale pink in color, with a rose aroma. PAIRS WITH: White sauces, fish, smoked salmon, soufflé.
