Melitona Slopes Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Limnio, Merlot Production process: The classic method of red winemaking is applied using selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Aging of the wine in French oak barrels for 24 months and then in bottles for about a year in underground cellars. Deep purple color. Complex nose with concentrated aromas of black fruits, cedar, and smoke. Rich, balanced palate with well-structured tannins, excellent bouquet, and a long-lasting finish. Suitable for aging.
