Yanghe Daqu Baijiu is produced within a geographic indication protection zone, using a unique combination of traditional brewing techniques and modern biotechnology. It is made from high-quality glutinous sorghum as the main ingredient, and a high-temperature Daqu starter made from wheat, barley, and peas.
