It is the result of the meeting of Xinomavro with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Three varieties characterized by great intensity, particularly aromatic characteristics, and tannic strength. The three varieties are harvested and vinified at different times, always depending on the ripening time of each. The wine ages for 16 months in French oak barrels and is characterized by its body and balance. Velvety texture thanks to the Syrah, tannic backbone thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon, and the soft, earthy aromas of Xinomavro. It combines all the aromas that the varieties carry. Red fruits, notes of pepper and spices, sun-dried tomatoes, and hints of mint. On the palate, it is a generous wine, balanced between intensity and softness. The wine's easy-going character makes it an ideal companion for many dishes. Vegetable soups, velouté soups, dishes with creamy textures, and even more special aged meats.
