Oinops Xinomavro 2022 0.75L Dry Red Wine Varietal – Drama Xinomavro 100% The 'raw' expression of Xinomavro by Nikos Karatzas comes from the top terroirs of Naoussa, Rapsani, and Goumenissa. Roses, cherries, and pepper throw a 'party' on the palate as well as in the nose. The wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in egg-shaped concrete amphorae and aged for 10 months. It was bottled unfiltered, without sulfites and other additives, highlighting the 'rawness' of Xinomavro.
