Ramos Pinto Port Vintage L.B.V. 2018 19,5% 0.75L Ramos Pinto Late Bottled Vintage The LBV comes from a unique year and a unique harvest. While its distant cousin, the Vintage, is bottled in the second year, the LBV is bottled in the fourth year. Much softer than the Vintage, more developed and easier to drink. It is a strong, provocative wine with a full and harmonious body. It is a wine with aromas like those of chocolate and cheese. Once the bottle is opened, it can be kept in excellent condition for 15 to 30 days if stored properly. It is an unfiltered wine and can either be consumed directly or left in the cellar to further develop its complexity. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry, and dark place. Serve between 18° and 20°C. It pairs well with cheese soufflés, partridge with onion and artichokes, game, cheeses, and chocolate and red fruit desserts.
