Ramos Pinto Port Tawny 2020 19,5% 0.75L Red Fortified Aging in barrels and evolving always a little more than Ruby Port. Tawny is a blend of wines of various degrees of maturation with the aging process taking place in wooden barrels and hogshead casks (holding 63 gallons). Characteristic red color of tawny with a brownish-yellow rim (topaz). The initial aromas give a lively impression and evolve into a great softness acquired by aging in wood. On the palate, it is light, warm, and very soft as a result of aging. This youthful wine is a mature, fruity port with a complex and delicate character. Its finish is wonderfully balanced, imparting finesse to the taste. According to its specifications, once opened, it should be consumed in a warm environment. It can be served as an aperitif with melon or with tomatoes, stuffed with fresh cheese and smoked salmon. Also with not too sweet desserts or desserts with cheese. Served at 16° and 18°C.
