Description DescriptionCut from the top rump or shoulder (LMC), our braising steak is lean and full of flavour. Supplied in 600g packs, usually two steaks, it’s ideal for slow cooking or pot roasting. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Brown on all sides in a hot pan. Add stock, wine and vegetables. Cook gently for 2–3 hours until tender, or use a slow cooker on low.
