Supplied in 600g packs, usually two steaks, it’s ideal for slow cooking or pot roasting. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Brown on all sides in a hot pan. Add stock, wine and vegetables. Cook gently for 2–3 hours until tender, or use a slow cooker on low.
