One of the most flavoursome lamb cuts, neck fillet is tender and versatile. It can be cooked quickly and served pink or slow cooked until soft and rich, either way it delivers proper lamb flavour. Subject to availability, our neck fillets could be provided fresh or frozen. A whole neck fillet weighs approximately 500g and serves two people.
