These chops may be cut from either the loin or the rack, depending on availability, but will always offer good flavour and consistent quality. Ideal for family meals, BBQs, or stocking the freezer. Supplied as 12 chops per pack. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Cook in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through. Alternatively grill over medium heat until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Ensure cooked through before serving.
