Description DescriptionDiced lamb shoulder prepared from Staffordshire lamb, offering excellent flavour and natural marbling. Shoulder is ideal for slow cooking, becoming tender and rich as it cooks. Supplied in 400g packs, ready for casseroles, curries or slow-cooked dishes. Cooking Guide Brown the lamb in a hot pan to seal. Add stock, wine or sauce and cook gently for 1½–2 hours, until tender. Alternatively cook in a slow cooker on low for 6–8 hours. Shoulder benefits from longer, gentler cooking to allow the connective tissue to break down.
