Description DescriptionA boneless lamb shoulder prepared from Staffordshire lamb, rolled and ready for roasting. With natural marbling throughout, shoulder is well suited to slow cooking, producing tender, flavourful meat. At approximately 2kg, this makes an excellent joint for a family roast or relaxed gathering. Cooking Guide Remove from the fridge 30–40 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Season well with salt, pepper and rosemary if desired. Roast for 40–45 minutes per 500g for a carveable roast. Alternatively cook low and slow at 150°C (130°C fan) for 3½–4 hours for a softer finish. Rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing. Serving SuggestionServe with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or cook low and slow and shred for a more rustic dish.
